Daniel Island Woodworks, Inc. proved to be a strong team member in constructing the New Moultrie Middle School located in Mount Pleasant, SC.  Their professionalism and attention to detail allowed for minimal impact to other trades and the overall construction project.  When conflicts and changes occurred, DIW provided immediate response and execution.  Their ability to perform tasks in a timely manner allowed for a seamless transition for installation and other trades.

Their office staff and management team expedited all matters of the project with enthrusiasm and eagerness.  Customer services is a quality that DIW clearly takes pride in.  The quality of work in both the product and installation is cleraly evideant based on the final product and positive commetns from the client.

Moultrie Middle School, in Mt. Pleasant, SC, opened its doors to students in August 20009.  Daniel Island Woodworks proudly collaborated on the construction of an exceptional project.  Working with M. B. Kahn Construction Co., Inc. and Thomas & Denzinger Architects, the fabrication and installation of cabinets, reception desks, cubbies, window sills, and display cabinets went without a hitch.

The school’s majestic profile against the low-country sky at dusk is a proud building for the passersby on Coleman Boulevard.  This was project was another “On Time, On Budget, Exceptional Quality”!

This project is a new Charleston area high school that is formed by combining 2 exceptional high schools:

• Charleston School of the Arts

This amazing project, located at 5109 W. Enterprise Street in North Charleston, SC is run by M.B. Kahn Construction, and has been the combination of talent, vision, and smart people.  The project is due to be completed in April 2010, in time to open for the 2010-2011 school year.  Daniel Island Woodworks (DIW) is the supplier for custom wood & laminate cabinets, solid surface counter-tops, receptions desks, trim, and much more.  As this project is in flight, check back from time-to-time to get an update on the progress.

Five Guys Restaurant at 364 King Street

Daniel Island Woodworks happily began construction of cabinets for the 3rd Five Guys restaurant location in Charleston – Center Point (364 King Street).   Who can resist a Five Guys Burger?     Under the direction of Rob Mallard Construction, Inc., the design and layout fell into place last month on King Street.
